The Vehicle
A 1978 FJ40 hardtop finished in Spring Green over a hand-trimmed tan brown leather interior. Restored by Fearless FJ40 from the chassis up, retaining its original 2F 4,200cc engine and three-speed gearbox with the factory transfer case.
Every system was stripped, inspected and renewed: new brake and fuel lines, a rebuilt carburettor, fresh gaskets and fluids throughout, electronic ignition, new clutch and flywheel, and front disc brakes with servo assistance. The result is a Land Cruiser that looks exactly as it should and drives with complete confidence.
Fitted with a floor-mounted Marshall Bluetooth unit trimmed to match, powder-coated white steel wheels and Old Man Emu suspension front and rear.
